  • Minimum Deductible: $2,500
  • Basis of Coverage: Claims Made or Occurrence

Products Offered:

  • General Liability - targets environmental contractors and environmental consultants/engineers, manufacturers and distributors of environmental products or products that can give rise to a pollution condition.

  • Contractors Pollution Liability (Operational Pollution) - targets environmental contractors, trade contractors, and general contractors.

  • Professional Liability - targets environmental consultants and engineers.

  • Environmental Impairment Liability (Premises Pollution) - targets commercial, industrial, environmental, habitational and institutional facilities and property portfolios.

Blended Forms can create an environmental "package policy" using any of the above product lines. Coverage parts can be offered on a stand alone basis or may be combined to create an Environmental "package policy."

Follow Form Excess targets 100% supported business. It will attach excess of our GL product or any "package policy" where GL is the base form and a pollution product line is endorsed.

Submission Requirements:

  • ACORD applications accepted for quotes
  • 5 years valued loss runs where applicable
  • Supplemental environmental application at binding
  • Other miscellaneous information may be required
