WSS Names 4 Regional Vice Presidents for 4 New Regional Offices

Pasadena, CA

Kyle B. Stevens, President and CEO of Western Security Surplus Insurance Brokers, Inc. and West-Pro Insurance Services advised that he has promoted four employees to Regional V.P./Territorial Manager and their new position will be to oversee one of the four newly designated regional offices. The headquarters will remain in Pasadena, with the MGA division – West-Pro Insurance Services in Plano, TX. An additional California location in Orange County will soon follow the current WSS offices in Pasadena/Los Angeles, Roseville/Sacramento and Plano/Dallas, Texas; with additional offices planned for South Texas and the South East region.

According to Mr. Stevens “Companies evolve in order to keep up with the trends in their industries. The insurance industry is no different, and WSS is committed to a leadership position in the Wholesale Insurance industry. We’re excited to be bringing our skills and facility closer to our agency community. By moving into more regions, it enables our brokers to personally visit more often, making us more accessible to our customers and improving the efficiency of our operation. We’re quick now, but we’re aiming for lighting fast response, and we’re confident this is the way to achieve the goal. That goal was achieved for the MGA division when we consolidated our contract binding facility there. We now expect to achieve similar results of efficiencies and speed within our Brokerage division by consolidating all support in the Plano office along with the Contract division.

Andrea Zenner has been with WSS since 1988 and is currently the Pasadena branch manager. Her territory will be Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Ventura, San Luis Obispo and Kern Counties.

Wendy Clinton started with WSS in 1996 with the Pasadena office and has also worked in the Orange County office for several years. Her territory will include Orange, San Diego, Riverside, Imperial and San Bernardino Counties.

Barbara Carey, ASLI, ARM, MLIS, began her career with WSS in 2003, and has more than 20 years experience serving the retailers in Northern California. Her territory will include all counties north of Inyo, Tulare, Kings and Monterey Counties.

Ron Klimek, our Vice-President of Marketing and Business Development will oversee the territory in Texas and be directly involved in the expansion into the southern part of the state.

In addition to the new offices, Mr. Stevens has also promised several new programs and services are on the horizon and looks forward to those future announcements. Mr. Stevens’ ending comment was the company pledge to their retail partners: We’re always working to exceed your expectations.”
