Professional Liability/Errors & Omissions Applications
Certificates of Insurance may be issued by the Retail Producer on an unmodified ACORD Certificate of Insurance form and submitted to WSS for approval. The Certificate will be reviewed and the Authorized Signature obtained if acceptable. Your Premium Agreement with WSS does not extend authority to you to modify coverage or to authorize Certificates of Insurance.
